Our Purpose
A place to be heard, held, and understood.
The bond between a person and their animal is real, deep, and irreplaceable. When that bond is broken — or threatened — the grief can feel isolating and misunderstood by those around you.
Triangle Pet Loss was founded to change that. Our group brings together people from all walks of life who share one thing: a profound love for an animal companion. We listen without judgment, share without pressure, and heal together.
All Are Welcome
Whoever you are, whatever you've lost.
Our group is open to anyone who has loved an animal — dogs, cats, birds, horses, rabbits, reptiles, and every creature in between. The depth of your grief is not measured by the size of your pet.
We also welcome those experiencing anticipatory grief — the tender, painful process of loving a companion who is seriously ill or nearing the end of their life. You do not have to wait until after a loss to seek support.
Whether your loss was recent or years ago, whether you're in the depths of grief or gently finding your way forward — there is a seat for you at our table.
Come as you are.
There is no right way to grieve, and no wrong time to reach out. We meet every Thursday evening — and we'd be honored to have you join us.
